Returns|Exchanges

Brutus|Monroe offers the following Exchange & Return Policy:

We happily accept returns or exchanges on defective merchandise and will reimburse you 100% of the item cost & shipping. Due to high shipping costs and inventory management, there is a 20% restocking & order processing fee for any other returns and cancellations. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and return postage. Please be certain of your selections before making payment.  The product returned must be new and unopened. For all order discrepancies, as well as returns and exchanges, you must contact us within 7 days of order receipt.  Brutus|Monroe is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged once the parcel has left our warehouse. *Pease note, that we do not offer refunds for any product after 30 days of receipt. 

If you duplicate your order, you will receive store credit for the items that you have duplicated, this will be offered at the discretion of Brutus Monroe as we would expect you to keep accurate records of the items in which you have purchased. 

If you have any reason to believe that your order did not process, please contact Brutus Monroe at info@brutusmonroe.com or 412-892-9511 and we will verify that you order was received. We can not issue refunds for duplicate orders within the same 72 hour period as our fulfillment team begins processing your order within moments of it being received.
