CYOEE Apron | Crafting Not Cooking

I am yet to receive my order as previously emailed it seems to be sitting in Malta since 18 Sept. I have requested help from your company but was informed that I needed to contact the carrier when I did this I was told that only the sender could request information! So I am totally at a loss as to what to do and now have no product. Would I recommend Brutus Monroe - no as to the apron I’m sure it very nice but will I ever know
