October Stamp Club 2017 - Little Dragon
Hello Crafting Friends,
Creating with the Brutus Monroe Stamp Club stamps are fun and always interesting. I have made a cute gift tag with this darling dragon stamp. I must confess I thought of a bunch of cards for various occasions to use the stamp set but I needed a gift tag so I created one with the dragon.
I started with stacking banner die cuts in Alabaster and light blue. Next I stamped clouds in Alabaster on the blue and clouds stamped in blue on the Alabaster cardstock. Made a small Alabaster fishtail banner with sentiment, a die cut balloon in red coated in glossy accents and a few silver and gold elements to create the background for the star of the gift tag: the Dragon!
I stamped and cut out the dragon then, using StyleFile markers colored him. I layered the pieces using foam tape to give the tag some additional pizazz. I used ribbon to connect the two banner die cuts together.
