Hello Halloween~Tuesday Inspiration Playday

Kim here today with a page to share. I love Halloween and am so happy it is just around the corner!
Today I made a fat page with a paper from the Mixed Media paper pack. Fat Pages are fun, they can stand alone and be collected and traded like Artist Trading Cards or mounted on a card base, your choice! The 6x6 size is a great size to play with.
For the background I inked up the 6x6 sheet from my Mixed Media paper pack using a sponge, Chalk Inks Aubergine and Locomotive and the Tile stencil. Aubergine was the first layer inked. Moving the stencil, I then inked using Locomotive. I loved the grid pattern that popped up! It was really hard to use the page simply because I loved how the stenciling came out and I didn't want to cover it up. Next I sponged the ink from the outside edge to the middle. I used Locomotive all around the outside. Next added some splatters.
I used the cuddly cute Owl stamp and the digital sheet of Click Labels for my sentiment, Hello Halloween. I fussy cut the Owls and used some scraps of trim for some layers, glued it altogether, and done!
