Grumpy Dragon

Grumpy Dragon 1

Hello Brutus Monroe Fans, Waleska here to share a very fun card using Brutus Monroe stamps and Karen Burniston pop up dies, this two make a great mix... Welcome to this week´s Collaboration week!!!
I started with an A2 card base from Sea Cardstoc, for the front panel I used the Karen Burniston pop up dies to create a castle on gray cardstock, for the ground I used Suede Surface Spray and blue ink for the water.  I used one of the sentiments from the Dragon Kisses soon to be released set on a flag banner die.  That front panel looks very normal, but the big surprise comes when you open the card.....
When you open the card the big surprise is the cutest Grumpy Dragon on an amazing Pop Up Castle....
All the pieces you need to create this Castle comes on the 1033 Castle Pop Up Karen Burniston die set, there are 14 dies on this set and all the instructions to create this amazing castle you can find them on this Karen Burniston VIDEO.
The Suede Surface Spray looks amazing as sand or dirt for the ground, I colored the grumpy dragon with markers and add the inside sentiment on the down corner of the card...
This card was a total success when I show it to my friends and family, everyone was asking me questions about it and saying how amazing it was!!! I loove getting those kind of reactions.... Don´t you?   I have to say that this dies are very easy to assembly, and so amazing looking!!!
Have an Amazing new week!!

Hello Friends Waleska here!!! Today I want to share with you a fun and easy card you can create for many occasions with two beautiful supplies Color Bursts and Brutus Monroe Ultra Fine Embossing powders.

To create this card I started with the color burst background, by sprinkle the rouge color burst to my card base and add water.  I let it dry and added embossing ink to the beautiful 6 x 6 stamp set and stamped it on the color burst background.

I added Raven embossing ink for a dramatic look, and finally die cut the word prayers on the front panel and inlay the word with white cardstock.

In my opinion this is a beautiful look and you can use this design to create elegant and shiny cards.   Take out your background stamps and color burst and start creating something amazing today!

My card today features one of the adorable girls from the "When I grow up Collection" Astronaut in this set you can find lots of great sentiments to make different cards such as: "Never Stop Dreaming", "You can do it", " Reach for the Stars" and " You are Amazing"... Let me share how I created this card:

Maybe she is getting to Mars but this red galaxy looks awesome! I created this background with one of the Color Burst from the Essential Pack, the color I used today was Rouge.  The effect looks incredible, and the only thing you have to do is add a little water to create this amazing background.

To add a more Galaxy look I sponge the edges with black ink.  I stamped the cute astronaut with Brutus Monroe Embossing ink and added Raven Embossing powder for a glossy look and colored it with markers.  I added lots of die cut stars and white embossed the sentiment on a black strip.

Ester Bags

Hello Friends Waleska here from craftinglovew with another Monday Blog Post for you! Today I wanted to share a different kind of project with the adorable bunnies from Bunny Kisses stamp set, there are so many different ways to create with stamps and ink, here is how I did this one!

I started with a piece of Brin Cloth to create the Easter bag the measure was      16 x 14 cms.  I stamped the bunnies with the Misti stamping tool to the fabric with Brutus Monroe Raven Detail Ink.

I heated the stamped image with a heat gun, and sew the bag together with a little flap to insert the ribbon.

I wanted a very clean and simple easter bag design so I could mass produce it for my kids' friends.

I finally spray the image with hair spray for a durable crisp image and added the candy. I hope you can give this idea a try, stamp images to create fun treat bags.

Have a wonderful week

Hello to a new week Friends, Waleska here to share a very sweet card showcasing the new Sweet Pop stamp set, this is a new set from the Monroe Collection; all this sets are 4x8 and are packed with cute stamps and great sentiments that go with them perfectly you can check the collection HERE.
To create this card I choose from the Sweet Pop set the cute bunny cupcakes... I stamped 3 cupcakes and colored them with markers.  I wanted a soft spring look so I kept the color combo very light...
I sponge the bottom part of the front panel and added some water splashes.
I adhere some fluffy tails to the bunnies and some sequins to embellish the card.  I also added a banner with the sentiment.
Here are the measurements of all the stamps that you can find on this set.
