Pillow Box with the SOM
I had so much fun with the November Stamp of the Month and I am sure you will too :-) It is perfect for making pillow boxes, gift card holders and tags for Christmas. I used the new Colorburst in Cabbage on the pillow box and tag that I die cut from the Brutus Monroe white card stock. Once the pillow box dried I embossed it with an embossing folder and inked the raised surface with Wagon Ink.I wrapped the box with a green sheet from the Watercolor paper pack and topped it with card stock making sure to ink all the edges. I finished off the paper with green glitter foam. I stamped one of the small icon stamps from the SOM randomly on the tag. I used coloring pencils to color a shrinky dink film and stamped the large image from the SOM on it. I carefully cut it out and punched a hole in the top. I used a heat gun to shrink it down. I wrapped some green hemp around the box and used it to hold the tag and charm. I finished it off by attaching three bottle cap sequins.
