March Release- "Sharp Stuff"

March Release- "Sharp Stuff"

Welcome back to Day 2 of our March Release Week! Yesterday we featured the "Birthday Bears" stamp set, and today we want to share this fun cactus-themed set, "Sharp Stuff." These stamps, along with a few more that you will see coming up this week, will be available in the Brutus Monroe Store this Friday, March 17th.

We are so excited for "Sharp Stuff"! Not only because it's cute, but there are sentiments included that you can use to make housewarming cards, thank you cards, gift cards that you can tie on a plant to give, and a sentiment that says, "You are sharp!" that would be perfect for lifting anyone's spirits. These images are also so fun to color and would look great as a piece of wall art, as well. We love when our stamp sets can be so versatile! Marie Nicole put together a quick Stamp It Out! video so you can get a look at all the images.

We want to showcase the talent of our Inspiration Team today and show you how they used this stamp set! Marie Nicole made this sweet and simple little card by creating a background with some ink blending and then stamping out and fussy cutting a few of the plants to act as a focal point. The sentiment is so general you can send it for no reason at all other than just to put a smile on someone's face.

Clean and simple card created with Brutus Monroe's Sharp Stuff stamp set.

Adam has created a realistic scene using the cactus stamps. This is a great stamp set to add extra elements to your cards.

This card Created by Linda used Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist Blarney To make the background and Chameleon Pens to color the images.

Next, we have a cute card created by Nadine Carlier. She stamped one of the cactus images to green patterned paper and embossed it with some icicle embossing powder. For the pot, she stamped it onto alabaster cardstock and then painted it with some Penny and Guilded Liquid Elements spray and then embossed it with some icicle embossing powder too. Fussy cut them out and popped dotted them onto the front of her card base.

Here is a cute Cacti card by Erin Reed using lots of layers and textures including some Rinea foil paper embossed to make a cool texture.

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today! This has been Day 2 of our March Release week. Don't forget to check out the Brutus Monroe store this Friday, March 17th when all the new stamp sets will be available.

Stop by tomorrow to see Day 3 of our release, and if you missed Day 1 you can find it HERE.

Have a great day and remember to always "Create Your Own Ending"!
