July SOM Practical Projects

Did you see the awesome July SOM? OMG! If you are a gamer, you need it in your life. Check out all the things you can create with it:

To create the book markers I randomly stamped the image in Wagon and Cornflower surface ink. I added a detailed image on the top of one marker and the bottom of the other by coloring with a Copic marker. I finished it off by laminating it.

I made an ATC to trade with other artists. I colored the image in using copic markers. I used pop dots to add some depth to the card and placed it on a piece of cardstock I embossed and ran my Cornflower ink pad over. Finally I layered it on a piece of gray cardstock to finish it off. 

My brother's birthday is coming up. The first gaming thing he ever got looked just like this so I knew I had to make a card for him with this stamp. Only I made it practical! In that he can use it as a clip in his books.
