Greatest Birthday
Hello everyone! It's Berina here with a card today using the lovely Big Top stamp set.
And when you open it, surprise!
The circus animals pops up when you open the card. Here's how I made this card. I stamped all the images and colored them with Copics and Stylefile Markers. I fussy cut all the images and colored the edges with a black marker. For the card front , I embossed a panel of white card stock of size 3 3/4" x 5" with the Floral Burst embossing folder. I adhered it on to a red card stock panel of size 4" x 5 1/4". I then adhered it on to a blue card stock and adhered it to the card base. I cut the sentiment and matted it with red card stock. I adhered the sentiment and the image with foam tape.
For the inside of the card, I took strips of card stock. I used scraps leftover from previous cards.
Score the card stock strip in 3 places like shown in the pic.
Then I adhered the animals on to the strips and then adhered the strips on the inside of the card. It was a bit tricky to position them correctly. But it gets better with practice, I promise :)
Here's how it looks after adhering all the animals. It was really fun making an interactive card and it's easy too!
