Galaxy
Hello all you crafty folks,
Today I am showcasing the shimmer sprays on the mistable paper from the mixed media pad by Brutus Monroe. The inks blend beautifully to create the galaxy effect. This technique is very forgiving so there are no mistakes!
Supplies:
chalk shimmer sprays - spring colors
mixed elements guilded spray
Raven detail ink
mixed media paper pad
guilded embossing powder
embossing ink
Beautiful stamp set
blending tool
First, you spray the shimmer chalk spray on the mistable paper from the mixed media pad. Spray the different colors until you get the look you want.
Next, lightly spray the guilded mixed element spray over the entire sheet. (Extremely important to allow to dry thoroughly)
Now blend the Raven ink around the edge of the mistable paper and randomly across the sheet forming darker areas.
Next using the alabaster re-inker (I watered it down) splatter to create the star effect.
Emboss sentiment in guilded embossing powder.
Finally, assemble card.
