Mixed Media Carnival Frame
Hi All Monique Leslie here sharing my Inspiration Team Project.
So I had this old frame laying around and thought I could make it look great and I needed a frame for my Brother & his family's picture they took recently while visiting here in Vegas.

yuck...it actually had a layer that fell off.

Project Ingredients
Additional Supplies needed.
- Frame - any old frame will do.
- Pop Dots
- Jars of Water
- Sand Paper
- Decoupage Glue
- Beads (embellishments, bling)
- Paint Brushes
- Scissors
