Winnie and Walter with Brutus- Last day

Winnie and Walter with Brutus- Last day

 Hello Friends,

Today is our last day of creating with Winnie & Walter Stamp Company. We all hope you have enjoyed it as much as we have.  It is always fun seeing what can be created when mixing two different styles of stamps, stencils and other crafting supplies together. We at Brutus Monroe love the Winnie & Walter products and hope you will try some out for yourself.

Today's card is another Christmas card using the W&W "Merry Berry" background stamp and the Brutus Monroe "Brutus and Friends" stamp set. The first layer is preprinted script that was blended around the edge to age the look. The "Merry Berry" background was embossed with BM guilded embossing powder onto red card stock and layered onto another sheet of paper with only the outside edge embossed with guilded embossing powder to give the look of gold paper. Next the holiday sentiment was embossed onto a coordinating strip of card stock. Finally, Brutus, himself, was stamped and colored in using StyleFile markers. A Christmas hat and a bit of burlap was added to complete the card.

Thank you for following our colaberation this week with W&W and hope you will share any and all of your creations with us on the Brutus Monroe FaceBook Fan Page.

Enjoy
