We Mermaid To Be Friends

We Mermaid To Be Friends

Hello creative friends!  Welcome by the Brutus Monroe Blog today as I, your friend Karen Letchworth, share a FUN underwater card that I created using the AWESOME new Mermaid Kisses Inspiration Box.  This Inspiration Box is FILLED with wonderful products that will give you countless hours of creativity and excitement.

The moment I opened my Mermaid Kisses Inspiration Box, I fell in love.  The stamp set and coordinating die-cuts are SO cute.  There's everything you need to create the most detailed and colorful underwater scenes that seem to come alive and make you feel  like you're right there under the sea.  The Mermaid Kisses Inspiration Box also contains cute clear "pebbles" that I used as bubbles, there's a gorgeous Sequin Mix, cards, cardstocks, ribbons, and SO much more.

Since I'd already created two cards using the different mermaids, I chose to use some of the darling fish (and turtle) on this card.  Aren't they just the cutest?  I used some Tim Holtz Oxide Ink to create my oval background and then used acrylic paints to dap some color here and there.  The fish, bubbles and sentiment are all found in the DARLING stamp set included in the Mermaid Kisses Inspiration  Box, and you see how nicely the coordinating die-cuts work.  DARLING!

By the way, I really do think that "We Mermaid To Be Friends".....for real.  I'm trying to reach my long-time goal of 1,000 blog followers on my personal blog, My Cup Runneth Over.  I  hope you'll stop by and become a new follower.  I'd really love to get to know you better and visit/follow your blog.  It's all about making friends and being inspired.  Brutus Monroe has the creative end all covered for you.  Stop by Brutus Monroe for the Mermaid Kisses Inspiration Box or thousands of other great products.  And then, please stop by MY BLOG for the friendship part.  I really would love to have you visit and follow me.  All of us at Brutus Monroe wish you a very blessed and creative week.  Thanks for stopping by, everyone.
