This card is using the brand new Brutus Monroe-Unity background stamp Barn Door. I love the weathered look of it. Using the technique of glue as a resist I stamped the background with glue. Once the glue dried I blended several shades of brown over the entire card layer resulting in the subtle stamp design showing through. The cute devil is from the Brutus Monroe Halloween Card box popping through the wood background. Added a few metal embellishments and layered onto a black card base. What a fun non-scary Halloween card.
