Tree of Thanks Watercolor
Hello there, it's Cassie, back with another card I wanted to share. Today I decided to do some watercoloring with some Aqua Pigments to make a soft fall tree background. I stamped out the Tree of Thanks stamp set using some Embossing Ink onto some watercolor paper. I then covered it with the super gorgeous Gilded Sparkle Embossing Powder. Once that was heat set, I started to watercolor using a wet on wet technique.
I first put down some clean water onto my paper, and then added various Aqua Pigments in the colors Coral, Yellow Orange, and Yellow Green. Once I was done with that, I splattered the whole panel with some Gilded Aqua Pigment.
I cut my paper at some wonky angles and then attached it to a Lunch Bag Cardstock card base. I finished it off by stamping the tree onto the inside using Embossing Ink for a watermark effect.
