Thank you Cacti

Thank you Cacti

Hello everyone, today I am sharing a card full of colorful cacti. To start, I stamped the Cacti Background Stamp with some permanent waterproof black ink onto some watercolor paper. Once the ink was dry, I used Distress Oxide Ink to color in the cacti and the background.
Next, I die cut out the 'thank you' sentiment (twice) and the small heart from the Charlotte's Wreath - Cutting Die Set out of some white card stock. I added some embossing ink to one of the thank you sentiments and the small heart and then sprinkled on some

Metallic Embossing Powder - Sterling and applied heat to it with my heat tool until it was smooth and melted.

I added some liquid glue to the underside of the white thank you sentiment and then overlaid it on top of the sterling embossed one. I used liquid glue to adhere both the thank you sentiment and the small heart.

I used some square dies in my stash to create a border to frame for my card. I added some embossing ink to the edges of the white border and then poured more of the sterling embossing powder and then heat embossed it.

To finish the card I popped up the frame on some foam tape and added it to the card front, which I then added to a square card base.

Thank you so much for reading my blog post, please take a look at my personal blog, follow my card Page on Facebook and check out my Instagram account
