Snowflake Kisses
Hey there, paper crafting friends! This is Katharine Kelly, back with a sweet Christmas card and matching ornament. I made these to match using the Bunny Kisses Stamp Set from Brutus Monroe.
I stamped both the card front and the wood ornament, masked, and then ink blended both backgrounds and added white paint splatter The stamped image on the card was colored using alcohol markers. The card is finished with a gold mirror card mat and some enamel drops.
The stamped image on the ornament was colored with colored pencils. The front of the ornament was then sealed using a flood icing technique and Glossy Accents. To accentuate the snowflake shape, I added enamel drop around the perimeter.
As a final touch, I stamped "2019" on the back of the ornament with alcohol ink and colored in the bare wood using a water-based marker.
This matching card and ornament could easily be attached to a new baby gift or given as a gift on it's own.
