Snow Much Thanks
Hello everyone and happy Holidays! Have you seen the amazing December Brutus Monroe Inspiration Box? How about the Die of the month? Both are amazing!!
This week I have combined the two to create a fun Thank You card. First I cut the die of the month from a sparkly blue glitter cardstock and adhered the die cut to a white card base. I added some flat back pearls to embellish the front and then cut two of the snowflake dies from our December Inspiration Box from white and the same blue glitter cardstock used in my background die. For a focal point I stamped one of the snowflakes and hand colored it and also stamped and colored the "Owl Love You" 3 X 4 stamp set. Both were stamped in black using Raven Detail Ink. I added Pearl Aqua Pigment lightly over the colored owls to add some winter shimmer.
I used foam adhesive squares to adhere the white glitter die cut snowflake to my card, followed by the stamped snowflake and owls. To finish my card I stamped one of the adorable sentiments included with the inspiration box this month.
I also created a custom fit envelope for my card with the blue snowflake die cut adhered to the bottom corner.
This card will be so nice to send to someone special this year!
