October Stamp of The Month-Dragon
Hello everyone and Happy Tuesday!
Today I'm sharing the latest Stamp of The Month, this adorable little dragon!
I stamped the little dragon on Neenah cardstock with Raven Detail ink from Brutus Monroe. I colored him using my copic markers and fussy cut him out.
I die the clouds using the same cardstock and vellum. I inked the clouds with salty ocean distress inks and added more ink to the sky. I inlayed the two clouds pieces together holding them together with a piece of tape on the back, and then popped them up on dimensional foam tape. And then added the vellum. I love the vellum on this card as I was able to put the dragon sitting right inside and still be able to see him.
For the sentiment, I die cut a word bubble and stamped Hello Friend in it to place next to the dragon. Instead of masking the sentiment, I did a little stamp surgery, I cut the Hello Friend from the rest of the sentiment to use inside my card. The sentiments will align perfectly together when I stamp with it another day.
And to finish up my card I used matching dew drops and pink sequins. Here's a closer look at the dragon.
