Neon Summer Fun Card
Hi crafty friends, Lauren here with this bright summer fun card! My car thermometer registered 100 degrees here in AZ on the way home from work Monday, so my brain has moved right to summer colors!
I heat embossed the images from this cute Summer Fun set with Alabaster embossing powder, and colored them with neon gel pens! They look great against the Raven cardstock. I also dotted some of the colors between the images to fill out the background some more. I used the Conversation Heart embossing powder to make the pink background mat and the pink layer around the sentiment. I used a piece of Alabaster cardstock and swiped embossing ink around the edge straight from the ink pad. I sprinkled the Conversation Heart EP over it and heat set it. I heat embossed the sentiment in Alabaster EP and adhered it to a strip of the pink embossed cardstock, and popped it up with foam tape.
