Love is in the Air By Walter

Walter stamped the balloon from Love is in the Air with Raven ink and colored it with alcohol markers.  He then applied a coat of Glossy Accents to it to give it a shine.  He used the stencil with glitter markers to create his rainbow, and the cloud stencils with Opal Chroma Glaze. He then created a slide mechanism in the beautiful summer sky card base, assembled the balloon slide, and adhered the panel to a card base with double sided foam tape.
