Let’s Do Brunch!

Our August release is such a fun one! With all of the playful elements this release has to offer, your creative juices are sure to flow. Our Inspiration Team has been creating projects a plenty to give you “food for thought”.

As an added bonus, we have included some of our own tried and true brunch recipes from our Inspiration Team as well as some from Mama Monroe, (Christopher’s mom Sharon). See the pdf printable at the end of this post. We hope you enjoy!

Shannon created this project using our Toaster Treat Box dies, Breakfast Bunch dies, Faux Honey, Breakfast Puns stamps, Groovy Waves paper pad (gold yellow) and Nana's Tablecloths paper pad. Isn’t the Faux Honey a cute touch?

Sandie created this cute card using our Toaster Treat Box dies and Nana’s Tablecloths Paper Pad. Sandie cut the flaps of the toaster die cut to add to the card.

Shades of blue and purple ink blending creates a lovely background using the Atomic Stars Layering Stencils. Jenni used a couple of the Toaster Treat Box dies to add a piece of toast with some grape jam on top. She stamped the sentiment on the painted ‘jam’ and topped it all off with Candy Coat.

The Citrus A2 Layering stamp set pairs great with the Summer Tier Tray Add on die set.  Candi used a variety of inks to create her fruit and her drinks.  To add some sparkle she added some Icicle Embossing Powder over all the citrus fruit.

Mackie created this cute card with the new Brutus Monroe Breakfast Puns Stamps and Matching Dies. She stamped the images and then colored them with alcohol markers and used the matching dies to cut them out. Very simple with matching dies! The pattern paper used on the card is from the new Brutus Monroe Breakfast Bites 6X6 Paper Collection. It is full of beautiful patterns and breakfast icons!

Gina created this peachy card using our Breakfast Bites paper pad, Breakfast Puns stamps & dies, and Breakfast Bunch dies. She created her own pattern paper using the peach stamp from the Breakfast Puns stamps.

Pastry Pal is such a fun stamp.  Lisa  used alcohol markers and glitter glaze for additional texture on her pastry tart..  The background was created using the "spread" die from the Toaster Treat Box die set.   After die cutting the spread out  Lisa used the negative part to create random patterns for the background before using the Positive as the Sentiment. Paper from Nana's Tablecloths was used to frame the pop tart of the card.

Jessica created this fun card using our Toaster Treat box die as the focal point on a card rather than creating a box! These toaster pastries from the Breakfast Buddies die set are a perfect addition to the toaster - Sprinkle Spread medium over the Pink Flamingo Velveteen Glaze are the perfect combination for the icing! Don't forget to check out the Breakfast Puns Stamps and Dies for the adorable punny sayings to go with all the items in this release!
