Just a Note
Hi Crafters,
Today we are creating with the new stamp set from the Brutus Monroe Inspiration Box for the month of February. I love this set because of the stamps but mostly because of the sentiments. Even if you did not get the whole inspiration box the stamp set is available on the web site.
I started with the basic mailbox full of mail stamp and cut it out and colored it using copic markers. I cut a layer one in not your momma's cardstock from Brutus Monroe and created a subtle oval background using the Simple Blends Oval. The light pink dashes were stamped using a We R Memory Keepers stamp through the Simple Blends stencil. The sentiment from the Brutus Monroe Inspiration Box was stamped in Raven Detail Ink along the side of the layer in a vertical direction to create interest. The mailbox was attached using foam tape and the layer one was also attached using foam tape. A bit of cord was added along with a few sequins to complete the card. Now write your note and send it on its way!
