Holiday Essentials Snowman with Snow Paste

Holiday Essentials Snowman with Snow Paste

Hey everyone!
I finally got my hands on the Holiday Essentials set! I love this darling snow man and decided to color him up on some Lunch Bag card stock with Prismacolor Pencils. First of course stamping him with Raven Detail ink.
I used a palette knife to spread the snow paste on the bottom part of the panel and heat blasted it with my heat gun to make it bubble and puff up. This has a lovely sparkle to it, which of course is hard to catch camera.
Then I added the snowflakes from the Holiday Essentials stamp set using Brutus Monroe embossing clear ink and Alabaster embossing powder. Once I had a good assortment of bright white snowflakes and I heat embossed the sentiment on Raven card stock. I used the blue Aqua Pigment to add some texture and color to the sky area. I did water the Aqua pigment down to get a lighter wash of color.
I mounted this panel to a piece of the purple plaid pattern paper from the Haunted Mansion paper pad! It worked well with the purple scarf on my snowman. I love all the textures on this card so fun!
Thank you so much for joining me today!
Jessica ❤
