Hello Beautiful
Hello everyone! I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! Today I want to share a project I have created using the beautiful December Stencil of the month!
I have created a 6 X 6 Card with a matching envelope. The card was made in a semi-gate-fold style.
This stencil is just beautiful and perfect for this project. The square and diagonal shapes are perfect for creating an accent on the envelope flaps and the card folds.
The stenciling for this was done using Tim Holtz Distress Inks. For easy application I used Pixie Spray on my stencil. The stenciling was done with a soft brush using pink, yellow and blue to create the pastel rainbow.
I added a belly band using white cardstock, a floral die cut and a butterfly accent using the "Take Flight" stamp set. The butterfly was stamped in Raven Detail Ink and then water colored to coordinate.
The Sentiment "Hello Beautiful" is from the "Extra Sentimental" stamp set and is also stamped in Raven Detail Ink.
