G-llama-rous Wishes

G-llama-rous Wishes

Hello there!   It's Cassie back with another card, and this time I would to try stretching one of my non-Holiday stamp sets and use it for a Holiday card.  I decided to pair up the Llama Friends stamp and the Gingerbread Village stamp.  I stamped three llamas with Raven Detail Ink on a panel of watercolor paper.  I used some watercolor pencils to color the llamas and then gave them a quick brush with a glitter marker.

I cut some Sweater Weather Paper down to cover the front of an A2 card.  For my sentiment I stamped the 'G-llama-rous' sentiment onto that same watercolor paper.  I then lined up the 'Winter Wishes' sentiment from the Gingerbread Village set and masked off the word 'Winter' so that I would only stamp the 'Wishes' sentiment under the word 'G-llama-rous'.  And voila, a non-holiday set was used on a holiday card!

If you'd like to see how I made this, you can head HERE to my YouTube channel.

Thanks for stopping by!
