Floral Stamp Over Aqua Pigment Stripes
Hello crafty friends! Lauren here, sharing this striped floral card with you today.
I created the striped background a while back so I don't remember exactly which colors I used, but I know I was mixing the Blue and Green and White shades to try to play around with different tones. I painted the stripes onto aqua pigment paper and let them dry. I stamped the flower doodle frame stamp in Raven detail ink over the top of the panel, and I used my MISTI to stamp multiple times, since watercolor papers are usually more textured, and don't always get a crisp image the first time.
I stamped the sentiment in embossing ink, and set it with Alabaster EP on Raven cardstock. I cut around the words with my fussy cutting scissors and popped it up in the middle with foam tape. After matting the panel on Raven cardstock, I finished it off with a few clear acrylic bubbles.
Hope you have a fabulous weekend! Anyone got any crafting going on?
