Hello everyone! Jenn here today sharing a super fun waterfall card I created using the ohh so adorable Farmhouse Friends Stamp Set!
This stamp set comes with both pictures and sentiments that coordinate perfectly! To create this card I used bright summer colors of cardstock and patterned papers.I stamped my pigs and chick using
Raven Detail Ink and then water colored them.
After assembling my waterfall pieces I stamped the sentiments in Raven Detail Ink as well.
Want to Create one of these fun interactive waterfall cards? Here is the step by step process:
1. First cut all of the pieces needed.
Card Base in color of choice 4 1/4" X 5 1/2"
A solid matte is optional but I like this look and chose black. 4 1/8" X 5 3/8"
A bright patterned matte is next at 4" X 5 1/4"
A strip that measures 9" X 2" - Scored at 2" , 2 3/4", 3 1/2", 4 1/4" fold mountain folds on score lines.
A small strip for anchor 3/4" X 4"
4 2" Squares and 4 1 7/8" squares.
2. Add the anchor strip about 3/4" from the bottom and use rivets or score tape or glue on the sides only to attach to the matted piece and adhere this to the card front.
3. Slide the long end of the scored strip under the anchor and then fold the short end forward and line up with the bottom of the anchor strip. Adhere this to the anchor using glue or score tape being careful not to get the glue anywhere else.
4. Attach the stamped squares to the 2" matte squares and attach the tops of each one to the three 3/4" spaces. Adhere the final 2" square to be revealed onto the 2" attached to the anchor.
Add any other decor you like and there ya go!
This card can be made in many sizes and there are lots of amazing tutorials on Pinterest!
Have an amazing day!
Jenn
