Fall Wreath

Fall Wreath

When I saw the Autumn Branches Stencil, I knew immediately the card I wanted to make with it!  This card has a few steps (that need drying time) but the results are worth it!
First I sprayed a piece of Not Your Mama's Cardstock (because it is nice and sturdy) with '"fall leaf" colors of Chroma Mist. If you allow the mist to dry between layers, you will avoid the colors getting "muddy".  After the panel dried, I stamped all the leaves from the Fall Florals stamp set in Raven ink and diecut them.
I knew I wanted to use the gold Chroma Glaze for the wreath, but I thought it would look too light against the Lunch Bag Cardstock.  So I added some brown re-inker to it (or you could use Aqua Pigments) and that made it stand out much better!  After all the drying, I just arranged the leaves on the wreath.  I used a Conversation Clipping and some sequins to make this beautiful card.
I'd love to see your version of this card!  Tag me on Instagram @katedeignancards and follow @brutusmonroe for more ideas using the Fall Floral Inspiration Box.
