Die of the month club

Die of the month club

Hello friends!!
It’s an exciting week for the Brutus Monroe family, have you heard about the freshly released “die of the month” club? Yup, you read that right! Brutus Monroe now has a monthly die subscription now and the dies are uh-mah-zing!!!!
This subscription is for one die every month, the die is the size of a a2 size card and they are incredibly detailed.
So naturally I couldn’t wait to play with my cover die, and that’s what I am bringing you today.
The night I made this card I made 4 other ones at the same time, I was on a roll, and if you are interested in seeing the other ones and this one in action, feel free to check out my page “my life in my craft room” over on Facebook.
Now on to the card. I started by cutting two pieces of white card stock with the die by running it through my die cutting machine, I then glued both die cut pieces together making sure they aligned perfectly. That was the hardest part of the card. The next thing was to glue the pieces that I had just glued together onto a blank white card base.
All left to do now is place a sentiment on it and we have ourselves a card. I chose to go with this sentiment from the stamp set “spring wreath”, stamped on white card stock and fuzzy cut around.
I placed my sentiment on my card by propping it on foam dots to give the card some extra interest.

Alright, thank you all so much for hanging out with me. I hope you check out the die of the month club and consider signing up.

Till next time,

Luisana.
