Hello crafty friends! Lauren here, sharing this colorful cacti Christmas card! (Try saying that five times fast...) I love this new cacti background stamp!
I stamped the background onto aqua pigment paper using embossing ink, and heat set it with Gilded EP. I colored all the cacti different bright colors using color burst powders and a water brush. When that was dry, I used a black marker to color the area in the middle and allowed it all to dry. I then used white acrylic paint and flicked drops onto the paper for that snowy wintery look, and die cut the letters from gilded glitterstock. After adhering the letters with glue, I matted the whole thing first on raven cardstock and then on gilded glitterstock to finish it off.
