Botanical Banners
Hello there! It's Cassie back with another card today! To start off, I inked my dark navy cardstock panel with some pigment ink and a stencil. While that dried, I stamped my image from the Botanical Banners stamp set onto some watercolor paper using Embossing Ink. I covered the image with some Blueberry Sparkle Embossing Powder and heat that until it was smooth and melted.
To paint this gorgeous image, I used some Coral Aqua Pigment for the petals and some Blue Green Aqua Pigment for the leaves. Next, I splattered some Pearl Aqua Pigment all over my navy panel, and then I fussy cut my flowers. The sentiment I used is from the new Extra Sentimental stamp set, and that was embossed using some Alabaster Embossing Powder. The flowers were popped up using some Brutus Monroe Foam Tape, and my card base is the Not Your Mama's Cardstock.
I love the softness of the final card against that dark navy panel. I hope you enjoyed today's card like I enjoyed making it!
