Bee Kind Watercolor Card by Jenn DuBell

Bee Kind Watercolor Card by Jenn DuBell

Hello everyone! Jenn here today sharing a fun way to use the Chroma Mist Sprays! For this card I have used them to watercolor my stamped images for a pretty paneled card.

Brutus Monroe Products Used:

Chroma Mist White
Chroma Mist Cobalt Blue
Chroma Mist Leaf Green
Chroma Mist Tangerine Orange
Chroma Mist Candy Apple Red
Chroma Mist Bumblee Yellow
Raven Detail Ink
Bee You 4X6 Stamp Set
Weathered Wood 6x6 paper Pad

This card is made with very simple construction. First the images were stamped using Raven Detail Ink and then watercolored using the Chroma Mist Sprays and a waterbrush. This gives you a muted color palette.

Next I cut strips of various widths from the Weathered Wood papers and roughed the edges for a more shabby look. These were adhered onto a 5X7 Kraft card base vertically about 1/8" apart so the kraft peeks through. Next A small scrap of a blue and white dotted paper was added across the bottom and two more of the weathered wood strips were placed horizontally.

I finished the card with a fun black and white gingham bow and my watercolored, stamped images.

Such a pretty little card! I just love the weathered wood papers paired with watercolored images!

Thanks so much for visiting the blog and viewing my post today! As always have an amazing crafty day!

Jenn
