A Rainbow Flutter Card Using Alcohol Markers

Hello there, it's Cassie back on the blog to show you how I made this colorful piece!  I really love the butterflies from the Flutter stamp, so I inked them up using Raven Detail Ink onto some Neenah Desert Storm cardstock.  I pulled out my Arteza EverBlend Markers to color each butterfly like the color of the rainbow. . .sigh. . .I just love rainbows.  When I was done coloring, I trimmed out the center and prepared my card for the sentiment.
I stamped the sentiment using the Embossing Ink and then embossed it using Mic Drop Embossing Powder.  It's so shiny!
To assemble the card, I covered the back of my Neenah Desert Storm panel with foam tape, and then adhered it to the front of a white card base.  I couldn't leave the sentiment as the only shiny element, so I covered each of the butterflies using my Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen.
These colorful butterflies just make me so happy!  If you'd like to watch the video to see how I made this card, you can find it HERE.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Really sensational card. I’ve been thinking about using kraft card stock more and this definitely has inspired me to do so. Thank you!
