Season's Greetings Everyone!!! (Digi file)

Hello and Good Evening from Brutus|Monroe Design Team member Rebecca!! I'm pleased to show you a pretty and relatively simple card for the holidays. The main ingredients for this card is as follows.

Cute Snowman in the cold tundra!!

So with my materials all stacked I grabbed the Alabaster Cardstock and cut it down to 4.75" x 4.75". I also took my scissor ( or if you have snowdrift dies) and cut my snow mounds. I stamped the snowman image, fussy cut it out then printed out my digital image from Brutus|Monroe Holiday Digi's and ran that image through my Cuttlebug with the stitched circle die that fit around it perfectly. I started to see in my head how I wanted the card to come out.

Holiday Digital Image

I laid down my snow mounds and made a little mark, just so I would know where to rub my blue shine from the "cold tundra". I love the way that makes it look extra chilly....LOL! So anyways, I started swirling my dauber in a circle starting from under the mark that I made, so it would look too dark or staged and moved upward about an inch over the mark so I knew it would show. I took some star stamps and embossing ink and tried to make little snowflakes falling and then added some embossing powder, But then for the life of me couldn't find my heat tool.... UGH!!Unorganized craft room problems!!

Sequins and Snowflakes

After gluing the sequins down and the snowman, I then had a spot for my sentiment, which I thought might look cute as a tag. I punched a hole in the circle and put some green ribbon through it. Then I used tape mounts for the tag, the snowman, and the front snow mound to give it a little depth. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful Turkey Day!! Until next month!

Lots of Love,

Rebecca DT member
