desk top organizer

I love this cute little organizer. being clear I can see everything in it and don't have to go through it to see if what I am looking for is in it. The size is nice a little larger would have been good. However mine arrived chipped. A small piece of the corner was loose in the packaging. I reached out to BM and received a quick response telling me I would have to send photos and packing slip to BM and then file a claim with usps. Not real happy with that policy. Since the first I ordered arrived damaged I will wait to buy additional ones when I find it at another retailer with better damage policy. Since it appears to be rather fragile.
