Tuesday Playday~Mail Art Chuck Carson Collection Scarecrow

Hi!

Kim here today! I wanted to share a fun piece of mail art today. I made a wonderfully orange postcard on heavy watercolor paper!

The background I pulled from my stash. I had made it when I first received my Inspiration Team box. I really had a blast playing with the inks. I like to have some pre-cut postcards and ATCs on my desk for play or mop up. They always come in handy! (Saves time, too)

I stamped the awesome Scarecrow from the new release stamp  from the Chuck Carson Collection on a painted background. I heat embossed it for a nice shiny contrast to the watercolor paper. I set the pages aside and did the background stamping of Boo and Happiest Halloween. I love how well the embossed and it really made them POP! I used my Brutus Monroe Embossing Ink under the powder.

I attached the Scarecrow with some clear glue let dry and he is ready to go on a postal adventure!

Have an amazing day!

Love the combination with warm orange and deep black, Pops the awesome image so well. Hint of blue is a perfect touch. Great job Kim!
