Build a Snowman
Merry Christmas Crafters,
Who doesn't like a shaker card? I am using Brutus Monroe's Build a Snowman Stamp Set today to make this fun shaker card.
I started with a blue card stock and splattered Alabaster ink on it to look like snow. Next I added a piece of Alabaster card stock cut to look like a horizon line. I then filled the shaker area with vase fill. I assembled the shaker card adding a scalloped red edge to the circle opening. Now for the focal point of the card, our snowman. I stamped the build a snowman on Alabaster card stock along with a snow ball and his hat and scarf. I colored all the pieces with Style File markers and cut out all of the pieces. These were placed on the shaker window. The card layer was wrapped with green twine several times and tied into a bow. An enamel dot was added to the bow center to complete the card.
