Hello Brutus Monroe fans! I am super excited to share with you a gift I made for
a friend! Shhhh, Don't tell her!
Brutus Monroe Premium Chalk inks:
4X4 Ceramic Tiles
Heat gun
Oven
I started by stamping one color of the butterfly image at a time.
After each color, I used my heat gun to quick dry each color before
applying the next to avoid smudging.
I repeated the same technique using a second butterfly image.
I set them aside to dry on their own for approximately 2 hours. I then wanted
to permanently set the ink into the ceramic tile, so I baked them in my oven
at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Please use caution when removing them
from the oven! After allowing them to cool completely, I tested them out
by hand washing them with a mild dish soap. Guess What? It's permanent!!
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial on Ceramic coasters.
I am simply amazed with the endless possibilities with these inks!!
Happy Crafting!!
